This might be for you if…

  • You're exhausted, but stopping doesn't feel like an option

  • You're harder on yourself than you'd ever be on anyone else

  • You feel pressure to perform, produce, and be okay. All at once.

  • Rest is something you feel you have to earn first

  • You know something needs to change, and everything you've tried has involved pushing harder

What is Mindful Self-Compassion?

Most people who find their way here aren't soft on themselves. They're usually the opposite: high standards, high output, high self-criticism.

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is a research-backed program developed by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer. It doesn't ask you to lower your standards or feel better about everything. It changes how you relate to difficulty, so that struggling doesn't have to mean failing.

Research consistently shows it reduces self-criticism, anxiety, and burnout. Not through positive thinking, but through something more durable: learning to be with what's hard without turning it against yourself.

Corporate Trainings

For teams under pressure. Evidence-based, not motivational.

Simge spent over a decade in corporate environments, in technology and marketing, in startups that moved fast and asked a lot. These sessions come from that experience as much as from the research. Built for organizations ready to look honestly at what it's costing their people.

About Simge

She came to this work through experience, not theory.

Embracing Humanness

Before teaching MSC, Simge spent more than a decade in corporate environments, in technology, marketing, and startups that moved fast and asked a lot. She found mindful self-compassion not as a concept, but as something she needed. That still shapes how she teaches: practically, without pretending the hard parts aren't hard.
